I am going to be running a charity sportscard show for our local baseball league and I can get a hall for free but they have round tables or I can rent a hall and charge more but have the 8ft rectangle tables . We are talking about a $20 difference per table there also will be a live auction there that the dealers can sell there items at so I am not sure that would make them okay with round tables . Just trying to get an idea from you guys before i even decide to propose it to dealers .

Thank you as always

Never ever been to a show with round tables. It would be a logistics nightmare for a large show with many vendors, but if if is small and for charity then it might be OK. Let the dealers bring their own tables if they got them.

Round tables?I dont think so,I would definitely go for the 8 footers, been to a show with round tables and the sellers werent too happy I guess they were so used to the rectangular tables because of how they setup they didnt care for it too much.
Just my opinion

Rectangular tables are worth an extra $20.
