How many times does this have to happen for them to fix it?

I have been having this problem also. Just sold 40+ cards in one sale Woo Hoo, did not get an email for any of them.

i got a sale didn't know it until i went and looked no email notification glad i went and looked

eBay sends out emails with every sales, but Beckett doesnt .... SportsBuy used to but who knows why they dont go out like they should.

Its a good habit to log in each day or sometimes a few times each day to check on your sales.

We do and we used to see the sales before the emails (used to come )

Sales email issues tend to occur every weekend..this will not change

Today I realized I had a sale on 9/26/09...Unfortunately I don't get enough sales on Sportsbuy to warrant checking everyday...its not like this is my COMC account! LOL!!!

So, thanks to this glitch I got to write an apologetic email to a buyer and feel like a total ass for not shipping his cards 10 days after he bought them...not only that but I didn't even have one of the cards anymore...

I'll take the blame for this....but, I am involved in several other hobby sites and Sportsbuy is the only site that has these so-called "glitches"...

I only wish I took heed when I saw this thread the first time!!!

it seems that the( pay for it now page) gliches mostly on the weekend. and that can suck!!

Since the missing e-mails continue, it is good to keep checking for sales but also, check your private offers received. I had at least four offers which I did not get e-mails about. Fortunately I caught them before they expired. Even if you don't get a lot of sales, it only takes a minute to check each day. You don't want to miss out on any sales or possibly offers, do you?

i'm getting them now, but i think the expired listing notices weren't going out either. that's kind of a pain because i'm not aware of anyway to view or renew expired listings other than via this email. sometimes i do some searches and find out that listings for cards i know i have don't show up. somehow they expired w/o my knowing. i respond to each expiration email i get. maybe i should set all my listings for no expiration, but i kind of like an enforced mechanism for reviewing them so i am aware of what i have and have a chance to reprice, etc.

Today I'm getting the emails for sales I had yesterday (They were in my Current Sales). The interesting thing is that I'm getting each of the emails twice. The system definitely has a glitch somewhere in it. Anyone else seeing the same thing happening.
