If you are going to accuse this buyer of fraud I would like to see some evidence to back that up. Throwing names around like that is dangerous and irresponsible.

I have never had a problem with this buyer either and without evidence you are slandering his name, so you need present evidence to your claims.

Only problem I have had is when I didn't get the quantity right, as a seller.

As a buyer, I made a private offer, it was accepted, and the card never showed up. I emailed the seller, got no response or card, so a while later I did a dispute. Waited. Nothing. IDK if he never got his emails or what, but he accepted the offer the day I made it.

Kinda got the same thing going on ebay. I think I am getting screwed there because the sets I bought came out in the beckett as $25 each, when he accepted $12 + shipping for a pair of them ($20 delivered). He claimed to have forgotten them, but promised to mail them monday. As of friday, they have not showed up. He only has a week before I *have* to escalate it on paypal.

Well things happen. Could have been lost mail could be fraud we will never know. I have had a couple of items that I shipped out over the years of selling sports card not arrive at the destination. Heck the post office is not perfect have you never gotten mail addressed to someone else? Give the guy a chanceif he wins your next auction. Use the delivery confirmation and you will be fine. If you follow those steps and something goes wrong SportsBuy will back you up and get the money back to you.

What about the buyer that really didn't receive thier item, evan after the 7 day notice. You give the seller more time and he still keeps your money, thats not right. No way of rating a dishonest crook. Did not get much help from the management, but tough luck.
Seller is still out there. so beware. If no shipping confirmation is given quickly, then retract your purchase. A MAN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS HIS WORD.

I've sent out cards where this has happened also< I believe the problem is with Sportsbuy having a statement that guantees delivery of the cards. The Post office doesn't have delivery 100 percent they sometimes put the items in the wrong mailbox , it just goes missing. You need a option to include insurnace for items less then $10.00 also delivery conformation needs to be added with item less then $1.00 if you add it all up you will be losing money in S/H. I feel this people should be taken off as buyers , I know theres a small number of these people the old saying what goes around comes around.

this is a easy one to settle really!

i have worked this out to a art!! no matter what my items are worth when i mail its delivery comfirmation every time, ive had this happen to me as well and i dont like it.
it cost me $2.18 to mail this way but it saves me from being taken by buyers that play this i dident get item crap!! right!!!
ive been able to deal with the high cost of $2.18 everytime i mail, and sportsbuy charges 2.50 and up! so there is a good side to this , you never ever have to hear a buyer say he dident get item.

peace.
