BUYERS THAT RECEIVE ITEMS AND SAY THAY DID NOT AND NONPAYING BUYERS LIST

this happened to me just the other day ,,a buyer i sold to a fews times with no problems won 5 auctions from me at one time i mailed them all in same big bubble mailer with comfirm delivery. buyer said 1 item was missing. i do not sell enough to mess up that bad i think. i mean i am sure i mailed all items , i looked everyware for the item but did not have the said item. so i call sportsbuy to see what i should do,they say in the end i do have to refund for that item. it seems right, but wow i lose out big time.
even using a nice bubble mailer and comfirm delivery i lose, so i ask sportsbuy so no matter what if a buyer says he only got 1 item and should of got 2, will always get refunded, and they said yes because of buyers protection.

i say its not fair seems like anyone can say that and get refunded no matter how you mail it or insure it or comfirm it.

just a thought!

you can try using a translating tool like translate.google.com to post your problem and people can use it to answer back in french.
